I’ve become one of those studio owners, common by now, who has decided to close up shop. In a very few days, I’ll be teaching my last class in a space I put countless hours and effort into creating.

Several months ago, I had to get a sub for a level 1 class. In the yoga world, level 1 often means different things to different teachers. This particular class is labeled “fundamentals/level 1.” People show up to this class having never taken a yoga class.

Yep. Add it to the growing list of themed-yoga classes, Harry Potter is just another distraction. Students show up at a brewery (another hot trend) decked out in HP gear, are treated to a reading of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and are given a magic wand. Like we said, just anoth....WAIT...a MAGIC WAND?? [...]
